Easy Coleslaw
This really is an easy coleslaw recipe. With just a handful of ingredients, this slaw is a light and refreshing addition to any table.

- 4 Teaspoons Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dry mustard powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Mayo
- 6-8 Cups Finely shredded cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Grated Carrots
Grate a head of cabbage. I use the grater attachment to my stand mixer, but you can also use a cheese grater if you have the patience.
Grate 1/4 cup of carrots.
Mix together the vinegar, sugar, mustard powder, salt, and mayo. This is your dressing.
In a large bowl, add your cabbage, carrots, and dressing, then mix together well.
Refrigerate.
This coleslaw is one of those recipes that gets better when it sits in the fridge overnight. You can even make it a couple of days in advance for maximum flavor.
